Humans, born on the earth that is as tiny as a dust in the vast cosmos, through the inheritance and accumulation of knowledge from generation to generation, constantly promoted the development of science and technology, thus yielded fruitful achievements in the way of conquering the oceans and stars. As the pearl on the crown of modern science and technology, chip technology starts the Industry 3.0 represented by computer and Internet, and will support all aspects of human intelligent life in the Industry 4.0. With the development mission of connecting the world, we make “Committed to be an outstanding general purpose IC design company ” as our vision, to point out the heading direction for all XTX people.

The chip industry has a large global market capacity  and is sure to make a great difference.

Look up at the starlit sky and come down to earth. XTX has been steadily creating value for customers, which is the reason for XTX to continue to live. Moreover, XTX attaches importance to the role of knowledge, and makes employees and shareholders in one, so that outstanding employees become partners, which is the company’s long-term talent concept. XTX adheres to the core values of “mutual trust to achieve win-win cooperation，openness & innovation，persistence，pursuit of excellence”, which is the cornerstone to ensure the long-term stability of our company.
